The Call of Islam Radio Station

Introduction

From the first day of creation, the Almighty God proclaimed the presence of the best of creatures, namely human being; and truly, human being has been the exact rendering of beauty of creation on Earth. And from the beginning, man was crowned the divine caliphate. Humans passed the ups and downs of the divine and demonic attractions of place and time from ancient eras of Abel and Cain , Moses' miracles and Jesus' Heal to the nightmare of Nimrod's Palace and finally Abraham who broke the idols inside not to be away from God or astray. And the Last Messenger came from the Mount of Light with lips embellished with Divine interlocution and a book like a mirror as well as hands showing the hidden side of creation. Truly, the logic behind creating human being has been reaching the Invisible World; therefore, so many Prophets were sent down to teach Sharia and conducts of their religion and to state the pass of body and soul from this World to the Hereafter.

History

Maaref Radio was launched in 1998 following the purpose of disseminating Islamic teachings .On January 2008 and coincident with the birth anniversary of Hadhrat Fatima Ma'suma (SA), the Call of Islam radio as a sub-station was launched based on the recommendations of great religious authorities and to disseminate the Islamic theology and religious trainings in English by producing three -hour daily programs. In this way Islam particularly Shiism is presented as a comprehensive thinking system in all the socio- religious parts of the world. The Call of Islam Radio Station as a different medium has a deep look at religious texts to revive the pure Islamic concepts and recreate them according to the contemporary human needs. Regarding the basic role of religion in explaining political, social and cultural scopes, the Call of Islam Radio conveys this mission with the contribution of great thinkers.

Goals and Missions

1- Producing and designing programs including the topics such as Belief, theology, sociology, jurisprudence, law and history following goals such as:

A: The logical and scholarly explanation of principles and values of Islam and Islamic authority and answering the modern human needs.

B: Removing the doubts from global realm about Islamic affairs.

C: Introducing the best way of recognizing God and awakening the pure nature of human being.

2- Attracting public non-Muslim truth seeking audience.

3- Attracting Muslims especially true adherents of Ahl al- Bayt (Progeny of the Holy Prophet) and training them the Islamic theology.
